Naked Sunday Debuts in a Netherlands Gym

Starting in March, people in the Netherlands can exercise in the nude every Sunday at Fitworld gym in the town of Heteren during "Naked Sunday".

Nude exercisers would be required to put towels down on weight machines and to use disposable seat covers while riding bikes. All machines would be cleaned and disinfected afterward. "We clean them every day anyway," he said.

It's an interesting idea. Perhaps seeing one's fat jiggling in the mirror will be encouragement to exercise harder.

Interesting images are surfacing. Some good. Mostly bad.

I could not see myself exercising in the nude in front of people. Why would people do this? Do you really think that people will be thinking about their fat when everyone else is naked? Interesting...

disposable seat covers or not, there's no way i'm getting on that bike after... no, it's a no.

Well, this would be an interesting forum discussion in the Americas! I can see (smiling) both sides of this story...we welome your thoughts and feeback at http://www.planetberries.com

Cheers

Im sure there will be some but if I was doing a marketing assumption I would bet that the majority would not prefer to exercise in this way. You are definitley targeting a niche here....good luck.

Is the Fatlossity System really as good as it sounds? I read the amazing stories on the website, and they say the program comes with a money back guarantee, but I just wanted to know if anyone on this blog has personally used it. If you haven't seen it check out Fatlossity.com and let me know what you think…

Great article...Has anyone heard of or checked out thedailyskinny.com blog yet? This was an article on losing belly fat that I really liked… just thought I'd share.
