Aerobic Exercise May Prevent Colon Cancer

A new study has found that regular aerobic exercise can prevent colon polyps that often lead to colon cancer.

The findings support studies linking regular aerobic exercise to lower colon cancer risk, and suggest that exercise may cut this risk by reducing cell proliferation in the colon, the investigators conclude.

Interesting message again. Happy to be a rusty returner to your website Keep it up! i will soon substitute my homepage with your website.

Generally I don’t post on blogs, but I want to say that this post really forced me to do so. Really nice post!

Wow, you are totally right regarding this high protein. Funnily enough a lot of diets even claim that high fat content (unsaturated, natural, unprocessed) is critical for reducing the dimensions of one's waist.

I would go to http://www.squidoo.com/howtoloosetummyfat for further.
